Location: Mahalunge, Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra

- Job Purpose To ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of electrical systems and production machinery through preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to electrical safety standards.
- Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of corrugation machines, printing machines, die-cutting machines, stitching machines, and other production equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, pumps, gearboxes with electrical drives, control panels, and industrial wiring.
- Maintain and repair electrical panels, contactors, relays, MCBs, MCCBs, starters, and VFDs.
- Inspect and maintain electrical systems, lighting, distribution boards, and power supply arrangements.
- Monitor machine electrical performance and minimize production downtime.
- Perform routine inspection of motors, cables, sensors, and electrical connections.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery and electrical equipment.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain breakdown reports and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to resolve machine-related issues.
- Follow LOTO, permit-to-work procedures,



PPE requirements, and all applicable electrical safety rules.
- Maintain electrical tools, spare parts, and maintenance work areas in proper condition.
- Identify recurring electrical problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

3. Educational Qualification

ITI Electrician or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

- Experience

2–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in manufacturing or packaging industries will be preferred.

- Technical Skills

- Industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of motors, starters, contactors, relays, and electrical panels.
- Basic knowledge of VFDs, sensors, and PLC systems.
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and circuit drawings.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and electrical safety practices.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Reduction in electrical breakdowns and machine downtime.
- Timely completion of preventive maintenance.
- Quick and effective fault resolution.
- Compliance with electrical safety requirements.
- Accurate maintenance records and control of spare parts.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹32,563.62 per month
