Role The Electrical MTO Engineer is responsible for preparing electrical quantity take-offs, BOQs, and material estimation for construction and infrastructure projects.

Primary Responsibilities

- Review electrical layouts, SLDs, and specifications.




- Prepare MTOs for cables, conduits, cable trays, panels, DBs, lighting, and power systems.
- Develop quantity estimation reports and BOQs.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams.
- Update quantity calculations based on drawing revisions.
- Support cost estimation and procurement planning.
- Verify quantities against project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards.

Secondary Responsibilities

- Support tendering and project budgeting activities.
- Participate in project review and coordination meetings.
- Maintain quantity and procurement records.
- Assist in material reconciliation processes.

Education Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Electrical MTO and estimation.
- Familiar with Electrical Standards NEC

Software

- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Navisworks, ACC, Excel, and electrical estimation tools.
