Onsite Expertise:

- Provide technical support and assistance to customers through in office or remotely for Installation of Industrial Controllers
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of products and equipment.
- Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install company products at customer factories.
- Configuration of our product with Client machines.
- Configuring hardware and software for our clients.
- Having strong ability to analyze and resolve electrical and software issues.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent service.
- Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).

Essential Skills:





- Minimum 1 years of experience in a Machine related Electrical work
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and training.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
