Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to oversee the planning, site execution, quality compliance, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure across our real estate developments. You will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems—from heavy power distribution and substations to internal wiring, lighting, and low-voltage grids—are delivered on time, safely, within budget, and in strict compliance with building codes.

Core Responsibilities

- Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end installation of electrical infrastructure during all building phases, including First Fix (conduits & slab embeds), Second Fix (wiring & distribution boards), and Final Fix (fixtures & smart systems).
- Power Infrastructure Management: Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems: HT/LT panels, transformers, DG (Diesel Generator) sets, RMU/VCB units, bus ducts, and main cable layouts.
- Drawing Review & MEP Coordination: Interpret, review, and cross-verify design schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and contractor shop drawings. Coordinate closely with architecture, civil, HVAC, and plumbing teams to eliminate spatial clashes.
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Supervise in office electrical contractors, track daily progress schedules, monitor manpower deployment, and evaluate vendor material submittals for technical compliance.
- Quality Assurance & Safety Control: Perform rigorous safety inspections and testing, including Insulation Resistance (IR)



testing, earth resistance checks, and lightning protection verification to ensure code compliance.
- Procurement & Billing Support: Review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conduct accurate material take-offs, minimize on-site wastage, and technically validate contractor billing invoices.
- Low-Voltage Systems Integration: Oversee the installation of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) setups, including building automation, CCTV, network grids, intercom networks, and integrated fire alarm/detection systems.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Building Electrification Systems: Expert level knowledge of internal and external power distribution specific to multi-story buildings, high-rises, and commercial centers.
- Blueprint Literacy: High proficiency in reading architectural grids, structural drawings, and complex electrical engineering layouts.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AutoCAD (essential), and familiarity with MS Project or Revit MEP (preferred).
- Testing & Commissioning: Familiarity with the operations of diagnostic instruments used for circuit continuity, phase tracking, and system grounding.
- Crisis Management: Ability to spot site constraints early and execute swift corrective adjustments to prevent construction delays.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 7+ years of field experience working directly with a real estate developer, principal contractor, or premier MEP consulting firm.
- Codes & Frameworks: Deep familiarity with local and national building and electrical codes

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
