A. PROFILE OF THE JOB HOLDER

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics.

- Minimum 5 years of experience.

- PLC & Drives Programming mandatory, (Siemens and Mitsubishi) is preferred.

- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision.

- knowledge on digitalization.

- Energy management system

- Basic knowledge of Net working

- Willing to work in Shifts.

B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handling of shifts and Manpower management.

- Ensure productive & reliable operation of power plant, Distribution.

- Continuous improvement.

- Ensure maximization of predictive and preventive maintenance and reduction in down time.

- Achieve positive trend in MTTR & MTBF.

- Plan for Channel closure and Annual shutdown activities of factory.

- Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic Circuits, Modifications.

- PLC Programming Siemens and Mitsubishi (Mandatory) and trouble shooting.

- Knowledge about Digitalization, Power BI, Kepware, Data analytics.

- Corrections related to process capability study.

- Spares Management - Vendor development, sourcing equivalent substitute, maintaining stock.

- Support SKF Production System deployment - 5S, KAIZEN and other lean tools, practices.
