An EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Officer manages workplace safety, health regulations, and environmental compliance to protect employees, the public, and operations. Core Responsibilities Compliance &

- Audits: Monitor adherence to local, national, and international standards (such as OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001), and run routine safety inspections. Risk &
- Hazard Assessment: Identify workplace hazards, run Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and implement risk control measures. Incident Management: Lead accident, injury, and near-miss investigations, conduct root-cause analysis, and document corrective actions. Training &
- Culture: Deliver safety inductions, specialized handling training, and emergency drills for staff and contractors. Emergency Preparedness: Build and test emergency response plans, handle chemical spills,



and manage hazardous waste.

Required Qualifications &

• Skills Education: A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Typically 3 to 5+ years of hands-on EHS experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or research settings. Certifications: Industry credentials like NEBOSH, IOSH, ASP, or CSP (Certified Safety Skilled) are preferred. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of risk assessment frameworks, waste/emissions tracking, and safety audit tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
