Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for early years students.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support childrens social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods.
- Observe and assess childrens progress and maintain appropriate records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding childrens development and learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities and school events.
- Maintain classroom discipline and follow school policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate degree with relevant teacher training/Early Childhood Education qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in Early Years/Pre-Primary teaching preferred.
- Cambridge Primary exposure will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, creative, and child-friendly approach.
- Valuable classroom management skills.
