About the Opportunity-

TICQC is seeking highly experienced professionals in E-Waste Management, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), environmental compliance and sustainability programmes.

This remote opportunity is intended for specialists with substantial hands-on experience in environmental levy or eco-levy collection programmes, particularly across Asian, African and Gulf markets.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, practical programme experience and an understanding of regulatory frameworks governing electrical and electronic equipment, waste management and producer responsibility.

Key Responsibilities-

- Conduct or contribute to technical assessments of electrical and electronic equipment in accordance with applicable programme requirements.




- Support product classification and assessment for environmental levy or eco-levy programmes.
- Contribute technical expertise to the development and evaluation of levy structures and related compliance mechanisms.
- Review applicable EPR, WEEE, e-waste and environmental regulatory requirements across relevant markets.
- Support the implementation, evaluation and monitoring of environmental levy collection programmes.
- Assess programme procedures, documentation, reporting mechanisms and compliance controls.
- Contribute to environmental auditing, sustainability initiatives and circular economy programmes.
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve programme effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate remotely with relevant stakeholders across international markets.
- Prepare technical reports, assessments and programme documentation as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience-

- More than 10 years of relevant professional experience in E-Waste Management, EPR, WEEE, environmental compliance or closely related fields.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with environmental levy or eco-levy collection programmes.
- Practical knowledge of technical assessment and classification of electrical and electronic equipment.
- Experience with levy determination, collection mechanisms, programme implementation or compliance monitoring.
- Familiarity with relevant environmental regulations and producer responsibility frameworks.
- Experience in one or more of the following environments: industry, consulting, regulatory authorities, certification, conformity assessment or auditing.
- Strong analytical, technical documentation and communication skills.




- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international stakeholders in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in environmental levy or eco-levy programmes across Asian, African or Gulf countries are particularly encouraged to apply.

Experience involving national EPR frameworks, WEEE compliance, electronics recycling programmes, producer registration, environmental fee collection or programme auditing will be valuable.
