Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage online sales channels, optimize product listings, improve customer experience, monitor sales performance, and support the overall growth of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, SKUs, and inventory details.
- Manage marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or other relevant platforms.
- Monitor orders, inventory, product availability, returns, cancellations, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, stock levels, and catalog quality.
- Analyze sales data, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategies to improve product visibility, rankings, conversions, and online sales.
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, operations, customer support, and logistics teams.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and product performance.
- Support promotional campaigns, discounts, seasonal offers, and marketplace advertising.
- Track customer feedback, reviews, and complaints, and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, revenue, inventory, returns, and overall platform performance.




- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain operational accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of product catalog management, inventory control, pricing, and order processing.
- Good understanding of e-commerce metrics, sales reporting, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet business targets.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketplace seller dashboards and advertising tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and product listing optimization.
- Understanding of inventory planning, returns management, and fulfillment processes.
- Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software.
- Ability to identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
