MR Technology is looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily orders and ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily orders and update order statuses.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch.
- Track pending orders, returns, and deliveries.
- Resolve order and logistics issues through team coordination.
- Maintain daily operational reports and records.
- Coordinate with the Customer Support team to resolve order-related issues.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge and good attention to detail.
- Solid coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, responsible, and process-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to daily operational tasks.
