Role: E-commerce Order Management Executive

Location: Kalaghoda, Mumbai
Job PurposeTo manage online orders efficiently, ensuring accurate order processing, timely dispatch, inventory coordination, and smooth order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor orders received through the company website and online marketplaces.
- Check product availability and coordinate with stores and warehouse for order fulfilment.
- Coordinate packing, invoicing, dispatch, and shipment tracking with courier partners.
- Manage order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refund coordination.
- Update order status and inventory records in the system.
- Coordinate with customer service, retail stores, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Prepare daily MIS reports on orders received, dispatched, pending, cancelled, and returned.
- Ensure timely order fulfilment and a premium customer experience.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or order management.
- Experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel will be preffered
