Role Description This is a part-time, on-site E-Commerce role based in Jaipur. The E-Commerce team member will manage online product listings for sweets, namkeen, bakery, and chaat items, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability across relevant platforms.

The role involves monitoring orders, coordinating with in-store and kitchen staff for timely fulfillment, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer queries related to online orders, tracking sales performance,



analyzing basic metrics, and suggesting improvements to enhance the online shopping experience. The individual will collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to support promotions, update seasonal offerings, and maintain a consistent brand presence across digital channels.

Qualifications

- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online listings, drive conversions, and support revenue growth.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive online experience.
- Analytical Skills to interpret order data, track performance, and recommend improvements to the online store.
- Basic knowledge of online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) is preferred.
- Comfort with using computers, spreadsheets, and digital tools for order tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced food and hospitality environment.
- Prior experience in retail, food & beverage, or hospitality e-commerce is an advantage, though motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
