:

- Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms.

- Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and other relevant information.

- Monitor daily orders, order processing, dispatches, returns, refunds, and cancellations.

- Maintain accurate inventory and stock availability across online marketplaces.

- Monitor sales performance, product rankings, and marketplace targets.

- Update product pricing, discounts, offers, and promotional campaigns.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and marketplace-related issues.

- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounts, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales, inventory, and order reports using MS Excel.

- Monitor marketplace account health, product performance, and customer feedback.

- Identify opportunities to improve online sales and product visibility.

- Ensure product information and marketplace operations comply with platform guidelines.

- Maintain proper records of orders, returns, stock movement, and sales transactions.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
