Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Finance and Pricing Executive to manage product pricing, marketplace payment reconciliations, accounting, purchasing, expense management, and profitability across Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and Shopify.

Responsibilities

Product Pricing and Discount Management

- Calculate and manage MRPs, selling prices, regular discounts, and special promotional discounts.
- Manage marketplace-specific pricing considering commissions, shipping, taxes, and other costs.
- Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining healthy profit margins.

Marketplace Payment Reconciliation

- Reconcile payments, settlements, commissions, returns, refunds, and deductions across Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and Shopify.
- Identify payment discrepancies, incorrect deductions, and pending settlements.
- Coordinate with marketplaces to resolve discrepancies and recover outstanding amounts.

Accounting and Bookkeeping

- Maintain daily accounting records, sales, purchases, expenses, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with accountants for GST, TDS, TCS, and other compliance requirements.

Expense and Purchase Management

- Monitor operational expenses, packaging, logistics, advertising, and marketplace charges.
- Manage purchase orders, supplier coordination, procurement costs,



and vendor negotiations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.

Product Profitability and MIS Reporting

- Calculate SKU-wise and marketplace-wise profitability.
- Identify low-margin and loss-making products and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, settlements, and profit margins.
- Ensure pricing and purchasing decisions contribute to overall business profitability.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce finance, accounting, or pricing.
- Experience with Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and Shopify financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of product costing, pricing, discounts, marketplace commissions, and payment reconciliation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and financial formulas.
- Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, and e-commerce taxation.
- Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Preferred: Candidates with experience in fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or D2C e-commerce brands.
