Roles and Responsibilities

Position: E-commerce Executive

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: Fresher

Salary: 14,000 per month

Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Leave: 1 paid leave per month

Employment Type: Full time

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage product listings on our website and e-commerce portals.
- Update product information, prices and stock availability.
- Check orders and coordinate packing and dispatch.
- Follow up on delivery issues and customer queries.
- Maintain Excel trackers, order records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams on pending portal tasks.
