We are looking for an experienced D365 FSCM Functional Finance Consultant with solid functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with core finance modules, business process analysis, functional documentation, and financial closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), functional specifications, and business process documentation.
- Validate process mapping and customized business requirements.
- Understand and analyze business workflows and financial processes.
- Prepare functional test scenarios and test cases.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Work on end-to-end finance processes, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.




- Work on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash & Bank Management, and Fixed Assets.
- Demonstrate good understanding of Project Management and Project Accounting.
- Perform project scoping, functional analysis, and estimation.
- Interact with customers, senior stakeholders, and executive management.
- Support customer training and functional design reviews.

Mandatory Skills
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;).
- Strong hands-on experience in D365 FSCM Functional Finance.
- CA / ICWA qualification.
- Valid Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification.
- Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank Management, and Fixed Assets.
- Knowledge of budgeting, accounting, reporting, and financial closing processes.
- Experience in functional documentation, requirement gathering, and test case preparation.
- Good communication and customer-facing skills.

CA / ICWA

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on D365 F&O; Finance implementation or support experience, strong finance domain knowledge, and the ability to interact directly with customers are preferred.
