- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.

- Handle lead management, prospect management, accounts, contacts, and sales processes.
- Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Develop plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and custom integrations.
- Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Module.
