CAP ProjectX is a growing Design & Build firm delivering end-to-end commercial projects across retail, hospitality, F&B; and corporate spaces. We handle everything from concept and design to site execution.

About the Role

We're looking for a Draftsman who can turn design ideas into clear, accurate drawings that the site team can build from. You'll understand how things get built and produce drawings that are accurate, clear and ready for site.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed CAD drawings and plans for commercial interior projects
- Develop GFC (Good For Construction) drawings, including layouts, sections, elevations, joinery and services details
- Work with designers and project architects to translate design intent into technical drawings
- Ensure drawings follow design standards, codes and project specifications
- Revise drawings promptly based on feedback from designers, site teams and clients
- Maintain drawing registers, revisions and file organisation




- Support 3D modelling in SketchUp for design and detailing where needed
- Assist in preparing project documentation and presentations
- Coordinate with MEP and other consultants' drawings to avoid clashes
- Keep up to date with design software and industry practices

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience as a draftsman in interior fit-outs or commercial interiors
- Strong command of AutoCAD, with hands-on experience in GFC and working drawings
- Working knowledge of SketchUp
- Positive understanding of interior detailing, materials and joinery
- Portfolio or drawing samples showing technical drawing skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)
- Able to take feedback, manage revisions and meet deadlines

Preferred
- Experience in retail, hospitality, F&B; or corporate office projects
- Design & Build background
