We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, layouts, and architectural details as per design specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site teams.
- Incorporate design revisions and maintain updated drawings.
- Prepare as-built drawings and maintain drawing records.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Support the project team with technical drawings and documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of architectural working drawings and construction detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software will be an advantage.
