Role Description The Domestic Travel Operation Manager – Group Travel is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing end-to-end operations for school group travel within India. The role involves planning itineraries aligned with educational objectives, coordinating with schools and vendors, and overseeing bookings for transportation, accommodation, and activities. The manager will monitor trip logistics, handle on-ground escalation and issue resolution, and ensure safety and compliance with company guidelines.

Daily tasks include maintaining documentation, tracking budgets, optimizing costs, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.



The role also includes collaborating with the sales and academic teams to refine programs, support pre-departure briefings, and continuously improve service quality for group travel experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with schools, parents, students, and vendors.

- Candidates should possess Travel Management and Travel Arrangements skills to plan itineraries, manage logistics, and handle bookings for domestic group travel.

- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support program promotion, respond to inquiries, and contribute to conversions for school group travel packages.

- Relevant experience in group travel operations, education travel, or tour management, preferably working with school or student groups.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capability to handle multiple trips simultaneously.

- Proficiency in basic office software and documentation; familiarity with travel booking tools or CRM systems is an advantage.

- Ability to work in office in Noida and travel domestically as required for program execution and on-ground supervision.

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality
