Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions across India. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, knowledge of Indian IT recruitment practices, and the ability to source and screen qualified candidates within the required timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements from clients or internal hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary packages and discuss notice periods and joining dates.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions and meet recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of IT technologies, job roles, and technical skill sets.
- Familiarity with job portals and resume sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking systems.

Qualifications

- Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
- Prior experience in domestic IT recruitment is preferred.
