Role Description The Domestic Sales & Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves managing day-to-day domestic sales activities, including handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and following up with clients to convert leads into business. The executive will coordinate operations related to bookings and services, ensure smooth execution of commitments, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving service issues promptly, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and service standards.



The role also involves providing basic training or guidance to team members or partners on sales and service processes, and sharing feedback to improve operations.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven capability in Sales and Sales Management, including lead handling, negotiation, and conversion in a domestic market.
- Experience in Training or mentoring colleagues on sales processes, service standards, or operational procedures.
- Good organizational, coordination, and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and operational tasks.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or related service industries is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented workplace.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
