? We’re Hiring | Documentation & Logistics Executive – Metal Scrap Exports (USA/CANADA)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Documentation / Logistics Executive to join our team.

? Position: Documentation / Logistics Executive

? Experience: Minimum 2-3 years

? Industry: Metal Scrap Exports (USA/CANADA)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle end-to-end export documentation for metal scrap shipments from USA and Canada.

✅ Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

✅ Prepare and manage Shipping Instructions (SI), Bill of Lading (BL), VGM, AES filing, and other export-related documents.

✅ Track container movements, vessel schedules, ETDs/ETAs, and shipping deadlines.

✅ Coordinate container loading, documentation cut-offs, and shipment releases.

✅ Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with US export and shipping requirements.





✅ Maintain shipment records and resolve documentation or logistics-related issues efficiently.

? Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in USA metal scrap export documentation and logistics .
- Good knowledge of shipping lines, container bookings, export documentation, and US export procedures.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet strict deadlines.
