Company Description Doctotalk is a real-time, pay-per-minute teleconsultation platform that connects users instantly with verified medical practitioners via chat or video, without scheduling or waiting. The platform is designed to help doctors turn their expertise into a scalable digital income stream, with flexible per-minute rates and no clinic overhead. Doctotalk focuses on availability-driven, short-duration consultations that increase patient access, doctor utilization, and repeat usage across geographies.
Its infrastructure features encrypted communication, transparent pricing, and integrated wallet-based transactions, managed in line with platform policies. Doctotalk serves as a technology bridge between patients and independent practitioners and does not itself provide medical advice or emergency services.
Role Description As a Doctor for Teleconsultation at Doctotalk, you will provide real-time medical consultations to users through secure chat and video on a full-time, remote basis. You will assess patient concerns, take brief histories, provide guidance on diagnosis and management within your scope of practice, and recommend appropriate follow-up, investigations, or referrals. You will document each interaction clearly in the platform, adhere to clinical and ethical standards, and ensure that users understand the limitations of teleconsultation, including emergency care boundaries.
You will manage your online availability for high-frequency, short-duration consultations, optimize your time for effective patient care,
and collaborate with the Doctotalk team to improve workflows, user experience, and clinical quality. Ongoing participation in relevant continuing medical education and staying updated on telemedicine regulations will be an important part of the role.
