Role Description The Dispatch Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Aluva, responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations to ensure timely, accurate, and safe movement of goods and materials. This role coordinates schedules, assigns dispatch tasks, and monitors transportation activities to meet delivery timelines and service standards.

The Dispatch

Supervisor collaborates closely with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams, maintaining clear communication with drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include tracking dispatch status, resolving issues,



updating records and systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role also involves coaching and guiding dispatch staff, implementing process improvements, and supporting excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess practical Dispatching skills, including route planning, scheduling, and real-time dispatch tracking.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear coordination with drivers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of DOT Regulations or relevant transportation and safety standards applicable to dispatch operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, address issues, and support a positive client experience.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in logistics or transportation, proficiency with dispatch or ERP software, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Aluva, manage shifting priorities, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
