About the CEO and Co-Founder:
Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard
Business School. She started her career at P&G; where she worked across multiple functions – supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.
Qualification
Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations management preferably in eCommerce. Strong excel and communication skills.
1. Marshall the Dispatch Supervisors (including DEOs) for B2C & B2B operations with a sub-span of ~10-15 Dispatch Packers on the shop-floor.
2. Hands-on role ensuring dispatch planning for the day to ensure on-time shipment readiness as per Channel pick-up cutoffs.
3. KPI ownership of 100% on-time dispatches.
4. Document readiness check & coordination with Finance team to debottleneck: Invoices + eWaybills for planned orders (B2B).
5. Shipment reconciliation at Channel level & 3PL partner level (through Manifest matching).
6. Order auditing to ensure FIFO based & zero error packing operations.
7. Shift rotation, as per need.
8. Daily MIS documentation for dispatches against plan.
