Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, distributors, and retail partners. The candidate will be responsible for shipment planning, logistics coordination, documentation, inventory dispatch tracking, and maintaining smooth communication with internal teams and transport partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, E-way bills, delivery challans, and transporter documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, transporters, and sales teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch.
- Track dispatched materials and provide timely updates on shipment status.
- Ensure proper packaging, loading, and inventory reconciliation before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records, stock movement reports, and logistics MIS reports.
- Handle transporter management, freight coordination, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards,



and statutory requirements.
- Support inventory audits and assist in minimizing dispatch errors and delivery delays.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Experience in E-way bill generation and dispatch documentation.
- Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and logistics tracking tools.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in Any Discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, home furnishings, textiles, consumer durables, building materials, or related industries preferred.
- Robust organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches and coordinate with various stakeholders effectively.
