About the Role

This is not a traditional Corporate Strategy role.

As Director - Strategy, you will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to help shape the company’s future direction and ensure that strategy translates into measurable business outcomes.

You will help identify where the company should play, what capabilities it must build, which opportunities deserve investment, and which initiatives should be accelerated, redesigned or stopped. You will bring clarity to complex situations, challenge assumptions with data and insight, and help leadership make better strategic decisions faster.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, growth, transformation, execution, performance management and organizational effectiveness. You will work across business units, functions and leadership teams to align priorities, drive focus and ensure that the organization's most important initiatives receive disproportionate attention and resources.

You will not be measured by the number of presentations you create,



but by your ability to convert ideas into action, action into outcomes and outcomes into enterprise value.

This role is ideal for someone who is intellectually curious, commercially sharp, highly analytical and deeply execution oriented. Someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, connecting dots across functions, influencing senior leaders and creating impact at enterprise scale rather than within a single department.

What You Will Own

- Partner with the CEO to define, refine and communicate the company's strategic priorities.
- Convert strategic goals into executable initiatives with clear ownership, milestones and outcomes.
- Drive organisation-wide transformation programs involving multiple business functions.
- Lead monthly strategy reviews and quarterly portfolio reviews to ensure focus, accountability and execution discipline.
- Establish KPI architecture, executive dashboards and decision-support systems.
- Drive resource allocation, prioritization and ROI-based decision making across strategic initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence and scenario planning.
- Build the operating rhythm that connects strategy, execution, performance and business outcomes.
- Facilitate leadership decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic narratives.
- Help develop organizational capabilities, operating models and leadership effectiveness.
- Act as an extension of the CEO for strategic initiatives and special projects.

What We Are Looking For

- 10+ years in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Transformation, Business Operations, P&L; Leadership or Founder’s Office roles.
- Strong ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and operational execution.




- Proven experience translating leadership vision into measurable business outcomes.
- Robust problem-solving, analytical and structured thinking capabilities.
- Experience driving cross-functional programs in fast-growing organizations.
- Strong understanding of business metrics, financial drivers and value creation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- High ownership, bias for action and ability to influence without authority.
- Comfort working directly with founders, CXOs and business leaders.
- Passion for building systems, processes and capabilities from the ground up.

- McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Accenture Strategy or similar firms.
- Corporate Strategy, Transformation, Business Operations or Chief of Staff roles.
- High-growth technology, SaaS, cybersecurity or product companies.
- Former founders, operators or business leaders with strong strategy credentials.
- Experience working closely with CEOs, founders or board-level stakeholders.
