Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director – Social Media & Digital Marketing to lead digital strategy, brand growth, content creation, and audience engagement across our organizational verticals, including AiR Institute of Realization, Humanity AiR Homes, Shivoham Shiva Temple, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Lead content strategy, video production, podcasts, and digital campaigns.
- Drive audience growth, engagement, brand awareness, and online community building.




- Manage influencer collaborations, SEO, paid marketing, and digital promotions.
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Lead the social media and content team and manage agencies and vendors.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Events teams to promote key initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing.
- 7–8 years of strong experience in Social Media Management.
- Proven track record in social media growth, digital campaigns, and brand building.
- Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and content marketing.
- Strong knowledge of analytics, audience engagement, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to develop strategies and drive hands-on execution.

Pay: ₹81,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
