Required Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred. CMA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification may also be considered.
- Approximately 15–20 years of overall finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Robust experience in IT services, IT consulting, digital engineering, technology services, or a similar project-based business.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, cash flow, working capital, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience managing project and client profitability, revenue assurance, commercial finance, and contract economics.
- Experience in multinational organizations, global delivery models, or multi-entity finance operations is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, income tax, transfer pricing, and applicable corporate regulations.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI.
