We work with energetic brands and help them scale using strategic, creative, and data-driven approaches. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead projects, manage teams, and drive results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute effective social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Run and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage and update websites using CMS platforms like WordPress or Wix (basic level).
- Lead and mentor a team of marketers, designers, and editors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Communicate with clients to understand their goals, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure deliverables are on-brand and on-time.
- Handle day-to-day marketing operations and ensure all tasks are completed as per deadlines.
- Perform basic graphic and video edits using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe software.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing to continuously improve performance.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of both organic and paid marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in handling teams and managing multiple client accounts.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of basic design and video editing tools.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
