Role Overview:

As an Associate – Social Media & Communication, you will play a critical role in building our Social Media presence and be involved in all Marketing and Branding Collateral & Communication.

You will work closely with Sales & Research Team to ensure Content; Info & Facts are Factually accurate!

Job Title: Associate – Social Media & Communication.

· Create, Edit & Post videos & blogs & newsletters on social media

· Engage with existing clients, prospects and leads on social media and via email marketing

· Build Branding & Marketing Collateral for Presentations, Seminars, Events, Media, etc.

· Manage all social media handles, website for branding, marketing & communication

Instagram reels carousels or static posts 4 per week

Instagram stories 4 days per week

LinkedIn posts / videos 4 per week

Website blogs or articles 4 per month

Performance reports Weekly tracking and monthly review

Role Description You will support our digital presence by creating, publishing, and monitoring content across platforms - LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Website and others.

Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, designing creatives, creating content, editing videos while coordinating & assisting in campaign ideation, scheduling content using social media management tools.

You will track engagement metrics,



conduct competitor and industry research, and suggest improvements to increase visibility among target audiences.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with the advisory & operations teams to align content with the firm’s brand, values, and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

· Possess Social Media Marketing & Digital Marketing skills to support online campaigns & audience growth

· Possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned posts and initiatives to serve a larger audience, given their needs, wants, desires, aspirations, fears and biases.

· Strong Communication skills to translate financial concepts into simple and accessible content.

· Understanding of financial services & a strong interest in personal finance and investing will be beneficial.

· Familiarity with social media analytics tools, Canva or design tools, Video Editing Tools and InstaEdits and content scheduling platforms will be an advantage.
