Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Inodre. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive qualified leads. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, coordinating online promotions, monitoring web analytics, and overseeing digital advertising efforts.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, engage audiences, and build brand presence.
- Experience with Lead Generation to attract, nurture, and convert prospects into customers.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to create clear, persuasive marketing messages.
- Hands-on experience with common digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media dashboards, email marketing tools, basic design or content management systems).
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
