Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate must be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and measurable business results.

Must-Have Skills & Knowledge

- Meta Ads: Facebook & Instagram campaign setup, audience targeting, lead generation, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Google Ads: Search campaigns, keyword research, conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and lead generation.
- Campaign Analytics: Strong understanding of CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Pixel & Tracking: Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking.
- Lead Generation: Ability to generate quality leads while controlling advertising costs.




- Budget Optimization: Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve results through data-driven decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare performance reports and explain campaign results with actionable insights.

Candidate Requirements

- Solid practical knowledge of both Meta Ads and Google Ads is mandatory.
- Must understand campaign strategy, targeting, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Must be able to independently manage advertising campaigns.
- Previous campaign experience and proven results are highly preferred.
- Must be analytical, proactive, and focused on measurable outcomes.

Compensation ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on skills and practical experience.
