Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic planning, leadership, and analytical skills, along with a proven track record of developing successful digital marketing campaigns and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other digital platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports to improve marketing ROI.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team to achieve business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.




- Develop strategies for lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.

Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and digital analytics.
- Experience in planning and managing data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹10–15 LPA, based on experience and skills.
