JD / Key Responsibilities / KRAs

- Lead and manage digital marketing and social media promotions for advertiser campaigns, events, and special initiatives.

- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn to maximize campaign reach and engagement.

- Develop platform-wise digital campaign strategies for events and initiatives covering pre-event, during-event, and post-event promotion.

- Conceptualize digital solutions as a support to print advertising including social media promotions, video campaigns, branded content, and podcast integrations for clients so as to increase the response of the campaign.

- Drive lead generation and registration campaigns to increase participation in initiatives, events, and advertiser promotions.

- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and digital creators to expand campaign reach and brand visibility.

- Implement audience targeting strategies including geo-targeting, demographic segmentation, and interest-based targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.





- Plan content amplification strategies including boosting key creatives, reels, announcement posts, and high-performing content.

- Leverage trend-based digital formats such as reels, shorts, and viral content styles to increase engagement and visibility.

- Build collaborations with relevant social media pages, communities, and digital platforms to expand promotional reach.

- Conduct real-time campaign monitoring and optimization to ensure improved performance during active campaigns. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics including reach, impressions, CTR, engagement, and conversions.

- Prepare weekly and campaign-level performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

- Support sales teams with digital campaign ideas, proposals, and presentations for key advertisers.

- Coordinating with Digital / Social media agencies for routine promotions, review and payments.
