Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Plan and manage social media, content marketing, digital marketing, and brand promotion activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the content, creative, sales, and business teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Drive brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing performance.
- Plan and monitor campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Analyse marketing data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, influencer marketing, and promotional activities.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team while ensuring effective execution of assigned responsibilities.
- Continuously evaluate campaign performance and optimise strategies based on results.
- Stay updated with emerging marketing trends, platforms, tools, and industry developments.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Robust leadership and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and performance measurement.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Experience in media, content, technology, YouTube, or entertainment industries will be an added advantage.
