Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Surat.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, web, and other online channels to promote Mehta Wealth Ltd.’s financial products and services. Daily responsibilities include creating and managing content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms; coordinating with internal teams to align marketing messages with business objectives; and monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools. The role involves managing social media calendars, optimizing content for search and engagement, running paid and organic campaigns, and preparing regular reports on digital marketing effectiveness.





The Digital Marketing

Executive will also support brand-building initiatives, assist with marketing collateral, and contribute ideas to enhance online visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation in a digital environment.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including managing platforms, creating engaging posts, and optimizing content for reach and engagement.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills, including drafting website copy, blog posts, and digital assets that are accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including monitoring key metrics, interpreting data, and recommending improvements to digital campaigns and user experience.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with financial services or wealth management, experience with SEO/SEM tools, and basic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools).
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Surat and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
