– Digital Marketing Executive

1. Job Purpose

To plan, execute, and manage digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness, generate business enquiries, improve online visibility, and support the company's sales and business development objectives.
1. Key Roles and Responsibilities

A. Social Media Management
- Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish regular posts, promotional creatives, product updates, and company news.
- Develop a monthly social media content calendar.
- Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries professionally.

B. Website Management and SEO
- Maintain and update the company website with product details, company information, and current developments.
- Improve website visibility through Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
- Conduct keyword research and optimise website content.
- Monitor website traffic, search rankings, and visitor engagement.

C. Lead Generation and Business Development Support
- Generate business leads through digital platforms, campaigns, and online directories.
- Support the sales team by identifying potential customers and relevant industries.
- Manage incoming enquiries from websites, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain a database of leads and track their status until handover to the sales team.

D. Digital Advertising
- Plan and execute Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital campaigns.
- Monitor campaign budgets, performance, cost per lead, and return on advertising spend.
- Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

E. Content Creation and Branding
- Prepare product brochures, presentations, banners, promotional creatives, and digital marketing content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect product specifications,



photographs, and technical information.
- Ensure consistency in company branding, messaging, and visual identity.

F. Email Marketing
- Prepare and execute email campaigns for prospective and existing customers.
- Support product launches, promotional activities, and company announcements.
- Track email delivery, open rates, click rates, and enquiries generated.

G. Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor website analytics and digital campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Recommend improvements based on marketing data and campaign results.

H. Coordination and Administration
- Coordinate with the sales, HR, production, and management teams for content and marketing requirements.
- Maintain records of campaigns, marketing expenses, leads, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and new marketing tools.

1. Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing preferred.
- Working knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, and CRM tools.
- Good written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati is an advantage.
- Analytical ability, creativity, time management, and coordination skills.

1. Authority and Accountability

- Responsible for executing approved digital marketing plans and campaigns.
- Must obtain approval for advertising budgets, external commitments, and official company communications where required.
- Accountable for the accuracy of published content, confidentiality of company information, and timely reporting of marketing performance.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
