About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital branding, promotional campaigns, online visibility, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, creative thinking, and an interest in generating leads and expanding business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Branding

- Manage the company's social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, promotional creatives, reels, and marketing content.
- Support brand awareness initiatives and improve the company's online presence.
- Assist with SEO, website promotions, and online marketing campaigns.

Promotions & Lead Generation

- Plan and execute digital promotional campaigns.
- Generate leads through social media, online platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Follow up on marketing enquiries and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.

Business Development

- Identify potential clients and recent business opportunities.




- Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Coordinate meetings, follow up with leads, and support the sales process.
- Assist in preparing company profiles, service presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar tools for creating marketing creatives.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, SEO, and lead-generation techniques.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work towards business targets.

Experience
- Freshers with relevant skills and a strong willingness to learn may apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, promotions, or business development are preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
