Digital Marketing Associate

Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM IST

Working Days: 6 Days per Week

Role & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple U.S. markets.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager.
- Develop engaging social media content, posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor advertising budgets, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Utilize AI tools to optimize content creation and campaign strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with practical knowledge and experienced candidates are welcome.




- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong English communication and creative writing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Excel, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or Power BI is an advantage.
- Willingness to work night shifts from our Chennai office.
