Role Description The DevOps role at Meizo Infotech Private Limited is a full time position based in Mumbai with a hybrid work model, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the DevOps professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, and optimizing cloud environments for reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include managing deployment processes, monitoring systems and applications, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and secure releases.





The role also involves implementing best practices for configuration management, security, and observability, as well as contributing to continuous improvement of DevOps tools, processes, and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Skills in scripting and automation using languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, CloudWatch).
- Understanding of networking, security best practices, and performance optimization in distributed systems.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and document processes and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or Cloud Engineer role in a software development environment.**
