Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Support / Network Engineer with hands-on experience in laptop and desktop troubleshooting, hardware repair, basic networking, and firewall support. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving end-user technical issues, and ensuring smooth network connectivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform basic laptop and desktop repairing, hardware troubleshooting, and component replacement.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems, RAM, hard drives/SSDs, keyboards, batteries, and other hardware components.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, and essential software.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Handle basic networking tasks, including IP configuration, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP troubleshooting.
- Provide basic firewall support, including rule checking, access troubleshooting, port blocking/unblocking,



and connectivity verification.
- Assist with VPN connectivity and network access issues.
- Troubleshoot printer, peripheral, and end-user IT support issues.
- Support antivirus installation, updates, and endpoint security.
- Maintain IT assets, hardware inventory, and troubleshooting records.
- Coordinate with senior IT/network teams and vendors for complex technical issues.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and IT support activities.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in laptop and desktop repairing.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software installation.
- Basic networking knowledge: LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and Wi-Fi.
- Basic understanding of firewall rules, port management, and network security.
- Knowledge of VPN connectivity and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide on-site IT support and resolve day-to-day technical issues.
