We are seeking a Dev Escalation Engineer (L4) with solid expertise in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, backend development, and Kubernetes . The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex production issues, performing root cause analysis, implementing code fixes, and improving application stability and performance. This is primarily a development-focused role with limited support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Investigate and resolve complex production issues affecting business-critical applications.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent issue recurrence.
- Analyze application logs, traces, and monitoring data to identify defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Develop, test, and deploy code fixes and enhancements in C#/.NET applications.
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot application deployments and runtime issues in Kubernetes environments.
- Monitor application health and contribute to system reliability and stability improvements.
- Participate in incident management activities and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
- Document findings,



solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Continuously improve debugging, monitoring, and operational processes.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in software development and production issue resolution.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
- Solid understanding of backend application development and REST APIs.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized application environments.
- Strong expertise in production debugging, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in root cause analysis, code fixes, and performance optimization.
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and SLA-driven environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar.
