Role - Desktop Support Engineer L2

:

We are looking for 1-2 Years experienced Desktop Support Engineer for our Chennai Branch.

Requirements:

- Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization.
- Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems. .
- Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems; makes repairs and corrections where required.
- Trouble shooting of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner and peripheral devices.
- Hands on experience in New User creation, AD creation along with OS Installation and Office 365 Mail.
- Hardware level experience in CCTV, Bio-metric devices, Wi-fi devices
- LAN cable placing and crimping, Knowledge in Router and switches are added advantage




- Course completion in Office 365 Admin and similar courses are most welcome.
- Need to have Decent English communication

Qulaification: Education : Diploma/U.G/P.G in related field/IT

Experience: 1 to 2 Years experience of relevant experience

Location: Adambakkam, Chennai

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
