1. Knowledge about DESMA hydraulic rubber curing machine.
2. Handle manpower and ensure effective utilization or workers.
3. Knowledge about rubber mixing operation.
4. Prepare production plans and schedules.
5. Monitor daily production and MIS reports.
6. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and productions standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
