Desktop Support Engineer L3

Location: Sayakha, Taluka Vagra, District Bharuch, Gujarat

CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: BE / Diploma (IT)

Job Responsibilities

- Provide advanced desktop and end-user support for hardware and software-related issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, operating system, and peripheral-related problems.

- Perform hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, installation, and preventive maintenance.

- Handle networking and passive infrastructure support at the site.

- Troubleshoot LAN connectivity, network points, patch panels, and related passive components.

- Perform installation, testing, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of fiber optic cables.

- Troubleshoot and manage network switches and switch ports, including port connectivity and basic configuration checks.

- Identify and resolve network connectivity issues between end-user devices and network infrastructure.

- Support LAN cabling, patching, labeling,



and connectivity testing as required.

- Coordinate with network and infrastructure teams for complex technical issues and escalations.

- Maintain proper documentation of hardware, network issues, troubleshooting activities, and asset-related information.

- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintain smooth day-to-day IT operations at the site.

- Required Skills

- Strong practical experience in Desktop Support and Hardware Troubleshooting.

- Good knowledge of Networking and Passive Infrastructure.

- Hands-on knowledge of LAN connectivity and network troubleshooting.

- Practical exposure to Fiber Optic Cable and connectivity testing.

- Positive understanding of Network Switches and Switch Ports.

- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, LAN, and connectivity-related issues independently.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to work on-site and handle day-to-day IT infrastructure support.
