About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Design Manager to lead our Interior Design team and drive the successful execution of residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design leadership, team management, client engagement, project oversight, and ensuring the delivery of innovative, functional, and aesthetically exceptional design solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of Interior Designers, Senior Designers, and Design Associates.
- Drive concept creation, space planning, material selection, and design development.
- Ensure all designs align with client requirements, brand standards, and project objectives.
- Review and approve design concepts, layouts, mood boards, working drawings, and BOQs.

Project Management
- Manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously from concept to handover.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, Procurement, and Vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and design deliverables.
- Conduct regular design reviews and site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

Client Management
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.




- Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Development
- Coach and mentor designers to improve design quality and productivity.
- Manage team performance, resource allocation, and workload planning.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Business & Process Excellence
- Ensure adherence to company design processes and quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, furniture innovations, and emerging technologies.
- Support business growth through client referrals, design excellence, and robust project outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in Interior Design.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading design teams.
- Strong portfolio of premium residential, villa, apartment, commercial, or luxury interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Pay: ₹418,000.00 - ₹1,510,000.00 per year
