Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Borivali. The Architect will be responsible for developing landscape and architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and producing detailed plans and documentation for projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members and clients, coordinating with consultants, managing project timelines, and ensuring design intent is maintained through all phases.

The role also involves site visits, reviewing construction progress, and resolving design and technical queries on-site. The Architect is expected to contribute creative ideas, uphold quality standards,



and support the delivery of projects that reflect Newarch®’s values of purposeful and human-centered design.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and documents.
- Experience with Integration of design elements across landscape, built form, and environmental context.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Familiarity with Software Development principles or digital tools that support design workflows and integration (e.g., CAD/BIM, visualization tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Working knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and best practices in architecture and landscape design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in clear, respectful, and team-oriented dialogue.
- Ability to work on-site in Borivali, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail under deadlines.
- Prior experience in a design studio or landscape architecture practice is an advantage.
