Role Description The Deputy Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring that retail and resort merchandise areas are well-presented, adequately stocked, and aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities include supervising store team members, coordinating shift schedules, monitoring sales performance, and implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

The Deputy Store

Manager will handle customer concerns,



support billing and cash management processes, track inventory, and assist with retail loss prevention measures. This position collaborates closely with front-of-house and events teams to provide a seamless guest experience, while continuously seeking process improvements and training opportunities for the store team.

Qualifications

- Solid focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Demonstrated experience in Store Management, including team supervision, inventory oversight, and daily operations.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or resort environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and reporting.
- Proficiency with basic POS systems and MS Office or similar software; comfort with learning new tools and processes.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality, business, retail management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
